Kasie was born at a midwife's house on September 15, 1989. In attendance were: her mother, the midwife, and her father. As a baby, her mother describes her as "quiet but good natured" and she seldomely cried. She had blonde hair, and bright blue eyes, like her father.
When Kasie turned 2, her hair darkened to brown. When she was almost 6, she began attending school. In kindergarten she was extremely shy, and had only one friend, a girl named Blair. They stayed good friends until 3rd grade, when they were placed into different classes because they talked too much. This year was very hard for Kasie. Being shy, she didn't make any friends until the middle of the year. Her friend was Kate, one of the best friends she has ever had, but when Kate moved to a different school, they lost contact. In 4th grade, Kasie was back with Blair. That worked out pretty well, except that Kasie was often left out of Blair's group of friends, due to her lack of conversation skills.
Kasie changed schools in 5th grade, and went to a wonderful charter school. But times were tough, and she didn't make even one friend the whole year. "It was a lonely, depressing year," Kasie recalls. But the next year, a friend introduced her to Toni, who had just transferred to the charter school. They became best friends, and still are.
After finishing 4 years at her charter school, Kasie now attends a local "alternative" high school, where she fits right in, and has many friends. "Most of them are Toni's," she admits with a blush, "but we get along pretty well." As for her plans for the future, she told us she is "going to go to the local university, and become a psychologist", but her main source of money will be renting houses to college students.
She became very animated when we asked her about this, but sadly, there is not enough time or space to write about all the intimacies of her real estate business. So instead, she would like us to add that when she gets rich, as she puts it, she is going to "have a big house made, with windows lining every room, and an extravegant bedroom!"
